Professional table tennis training from Tatiana Garnova — European and Portuguese champion. Individual lessons for all ages in Russian, English, and Portuguese. My name is Tatiana Garnova, I am a professional athlete — I have been playing table tennis for 25 years! European Champion in the team event (2012) and 2-time Portuguese Champion in singles (2023/2025). 2-time winner of the Queen of Spain Cup 2023/2025! And many other accolades. I actively compete in international competitions and offer individual table tennis training for all ages and skill levels. Why table tennis? This sport is accessible to everyone and develops coordination, reaction speed, decision-making speed, and is also considered an excellent trainer for vision. What I offer:

• Individual training: at your location or in a club in Lisbon (table rental is possible).
• Working with children: training is adapted to age (starting from 6 years old) and level.
• I conduct lessons in Russian, English, and Portuguese.
